Low-Energy Fruit Dehydration Method

چکیده
This article describes a low-energy fruit dehydration method. To evaluate the effectiveness of this method, an experimental plant tunnel type was developed, on basis which studies were carried out. Convection and microwaves have been used to treat fruits during process. The results obtained proposed method compared with those when using classical Thus, shown that by new allows reducing electric energy consumption 4.69 times.
